One garment based on the Film Noir era in cinema but with a modern sensibility.This dress is constructed using Chiffon with sequin underlay for demure effect and Silk Charmeuse for the front skirt and lining. It is partially a wrap dress--and while a dress on the one side, separates into top and skirt on the other. The skirt is supported by invisible straps and the sequins are exposed on the bottom portion of the skirt lining. I hope it communicates an understated, yet alluring feeling.
